Possibly the best and perfect stay for many nights. Beautiful building and squeaky clean rooms with single beds. An electric kettle, central heating, and a dining area were nice.
Rather small room.

Had an Easter weekend in the middle of nowhere, which is exactly what I wanted. The scenic beauty of the location was breathtaking, with stunning views of the mountains and the coastline. The self-catering cabin was modern and had all the amenities we needed. We bought our provisions for Easter brunch from a nearby village which was just a couple of minutes' drive away.
The road leading up to the cabin was challenging to drive on, especially since it was gravel throughout. The remote location was a double-edged sword;

Incredible Scenery and Great Facilities We recently stayed in a remote guesthouse and cottages in Iceland and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience there. the location was breathtaking, surrounded by majestic mountains, the Atlantic Ocean, and sheep roaming around. Despite the remote location, the room had excellent facilities, including super fast internet, underfloor heating, and a fully equipped bathroom. A major advantage of the location of the guesthouse is the nearby swimming pool, which is considered one of the most isolated in the country. We were delighted with the warm hospitality of the owners and the complimentary drinks were a lovely surprise.
For instance, the nearest restaurants and shops are quite far, so it would be helpful to bring your own food.
